Every child has the right to a safe, formal, quality education and access to lifelong learning. However, due to a combination of factors, many girls are forced to leave school while others never have the opportunity to go in the first place. Bay women Development (BWDO) has taken this initiative in uplifting the level of education of women and girls as a priority by conducting public awareness on the importance of educating young girls, as well as with vocational skills to generate income from their skills and help themselves and their families.  

BWDO calls out for well-wishers, and stakeholders to intervene with great force and change these bad norms which deny young girl’s education.
