We are glad to announce that the BWDO team had the opportunity to participate in an important debate event on child rights and responsibility conducted in Baidoa Town. This event brought together a variety of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and government institutions, all dedicated to improving the protection and wellbeing of children in our communities.
The forum, organized by our potential partners GREDO and Save the Children, and supported by DANIDA, provided a venue for collaborative discourse and the exchange of best practices. Key issues covered included the present challenges in child protection, initiatives for promoting accountability in child rights, and the significance of community involvement in protecting the rights of the most vulnerable.
The conversations were successful, generating a shared commitment among all participants to improve our collective.
